1. Accepting these terms

By using Scout & Dash, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app and let us know at info.scoutanddash@gmail.com.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created for you by your school or by our admin team — there is no public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Who this app is for

Scout & Dash is meant to be used by a parent or guardian, on behalf of their own child, for supplementary learning — quizzes, practice papers, Spoken English practice and daily activities from Nursery to Grade 8. It is a companion to your child's regular schooling, not a replacement for it.

4. Free and Premium plans

Every account includes a Free plan: easy quizzes for every grade and subject, progress reports, daily activities, Spoken English, practice papers, Mind Zone games and one child profile. A Premium plan — enabled manually by our admin team for accounts that have arranged it — additionally unlocks medium and hard quizzes, unlimited child profiles, and the shareable Learner ID Card. We may change what's included in each plan from time to time; the current split is always shown on our home page.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for your own family's or your enrolled students' learning.
• Don't share your login with people outside your own family.
• Don't try to copy, scrape, or resell our quizzes, practice papers or other content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.

6. Our content

The Scout & Dash name, logo, mascot and all quizzes, practice papers, projects and activities on the app are owned by us or licensed to us, and are provided for your family's personal, non-commercial use only.

7. No warranty

We do our best to keep content accurate and the app working smoothly, but it is provided "as is," without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. Educational content is a learning aid, not a guarantee of exam results.

8. Suspending or ending an account

We may suspend or end access to an account that misuses the app or breaches these terms. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Scout & Dash after a change means you accept the updated terms.
